I’m a Coach, Breathwork Guide - and champion of tiny joys and living life by your own expectations.

I offer breathwork and coaching both together and separately, depending on what’s right for you.
Coaching offers you practical space to untangle your thoughts and clear pathways to move forward. But sometimes, the thinking mind needs a rest. Breathwork helps you regulate your nervous system, reconnect with your body, and access deeper clarity - and all you have to do is breathe!

  • Yes! I offer 1:1 breathwork, mindfulness and coaching. Get in touch, lets see how we can work together.

  • It can be! If you’re open to trying a new way of connecting to yourself, you’re welcome. I offer free Friday sessions if you’d like to dip your toes in, and I always create a grounded, welcoming space.

  • Yes - I run sessions for teams, retreats, and organisations, including mindfulness, breathwork, and coaching. I also offer freelance consultancy in areas like youth engagement, mental health, and strategy. Learn more here.

  • Just yourself, and maybe a blanket or headphones if joining a breathwork session. You’ll receive a confirmation email with everything you need.
