Our breath is one of the most powerful tools we have, and it is with us all the time. I lead transformational breathwork to support your nervous system, emotional wellbeing, and gain deeper self connection.

My breathwork sessions are grounded, kind, and supportive. I’ll guide you through the process with music and prompts using a clear structure you can drop into. I hold space with care and warmth, drawing on my health and coaching background.

Conscious Connected Breathwork

Conscious Connected Breathwork is a powerful practice that uses a circular breath pattern.
It can help you:

    A 90 minute breathwork journey tailored to you. I utalise my coaching experience to guide you through a transformation practice.

  • Having done lots of breath work classes in person I wasn’t sure how I’d find online sessions but Clarise is amazing at holding an online space, and in fact I think I now prefer them! I’ve left every breath work session with her calm, centred and, even when they’ve brought up some big feelings, held and supported. Her careful instructions and observations make for a brilliant experience and I really look forward to doing more sessions with her.

  • There was a maelstrom of sensations and feelings. Surprisingly, there was a lot of tears (and snot, but thankfully I had a handkerchief to hand!). Principally though there was a fleeting and mesmerising glimpse and connection to a realm that is not grounded in our day to day reality. That the door to this realm is simply gained through a cycle of constant breathing is awe inspiring in its simplicity. However, I doubt, that these experiences can be replicated without the care and quality of the host. The principle purpose of Clarise’s nature is to facilitate these connections. You are a path that allows local minds to enter into the final destination of the universal mind
